CANCELLATION POLICY

NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. RESCHEDULES: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. NO SAME-DAY RESCHEDULES. GRACE PERIOD: 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule with a new deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
